  • Do you charge a set up fee?

    At this time, we are not charging a set up fee if we can process items “in house”. If we have to outsource any digitizing, that fee will be applied to your invoice. We try not to outsource whenever possible, but sometimes need a little help with complex designs.

  • How do I care for my custom apparel?

    Wash inside out in COLD water

    Hang dry or tumble dry on LOW heat

    DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTNER

  • Will you use my apparel item I bring you?

    For Digital Heat Transfers, we will often be able to print on your item. However this is discouraged and you understand the risks that if an error occurs, we may not be able to replace it.

    For Embroidery and sublimation - the answer is NO. Our policy is to not use your item as if any damage were to occur, it could damage not only your apparel item, but could possibly damage our machines.

  • Do you offer Screen Printing?

    No. We use a newer technology that uses a heat press for application. This technology allows for smaller orders to be offered. This technology also allows for a rainbow of colors, at no extra cost to you.

  • What do we need for a custom quote?

    The apparel items you would like

    The quantity and sizes of each item

    If possible, the logo or design

    Logo placement and sizes

    Embroidered, heat transfer or sublimation

  • What is the turnaround time?

    We strive to get you your items as quickly as possible. We aim for 2 weeks, but time can fluxuate depending on availability of product in stock or shipping times.

  • What if I have issues with my item?

    If you have any issues with your item, please contact us right away. We are happy to fix or replace the item at no extra cost to you. If it is an issue with the apparel item itself (zipper, button, holes, etc), while we look at each item when it comes in, there is always a possibility of missing something. Please contact us right away so we can work with our vendor and get a replacement item sent. We want to make sure you are happy with your item!
